Trip Plan

DAY 1 (BOROBUDUR)
Touch down in Yogyakarta town and drive out to Borobudur, an ancient Buddhist temple complex and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Considered to be the single largest Buddhist structure on the globe, Borobudur will take your breath away with its intricate architectural style and stunning volcanic backdrop. In the evening, check into a nearby hotel and rest up for the exciting days ahead.

DAY 2 (YOGYAKARTA)
Arise early this morning to watch the sunrise over Borobudur, a magical moment. Then, drive back to Yogyakarta. Consider journeying to the outskirts of the city to discover Prambanan, a series of elaborate Hindu temples built in the 10th century, another UNESCO World Heritage Site. Here, youll take a stroll through ancient pathways and uncover temples decorated with murals depicting great Hindu divinities.

DAY 3 (YOGYAKARTA)
Make the most of your final day in Yogyakarta and explore the ancient town at your leisure. We recommend exploring the Kraton Ngayogyakarta Hadiningrat, the breathtaking palace that is home to the royal Sultan. Here, you can walk through the Main Court, an area carpeted with elegant artifacts and rich dcor. In the afternoon, consider visiting the Affandi Museum, a charming art gallery and museum built around the former home of the late Affandi, one of Indonesias most famous painters.

DAY 4 (MAKASSAR)
After breakfast, board your luxurious private aircraft, and fly to the stunning island of Borneo. Here, youll uncover Pangkalan Bun, a quaint town situated on the scenic Arut River. In the afternoon, youll take a day tour of Camp Leakey and have the opportunity to come face-to-face with exotic orangutans. After, return to your aircraft and head to Makassar, the largest city on the island of Sulawesi. After your arrival, youll check into your hotel and relax this evening.

DAY 5 (AMBON)
This morning, depart Makassar and fly to Tana Toraja, a highland region in Southern Sulawesi. Step off your personal plane and take in the scenic view of rich green rice terraces, bamboo groves and blue misty mountains. Here, youll take a day trip to Kete Kesu, a traditional village famous for its fascination with death and the afterlife. In the afternoon, youll experience an extravagant funeral ceremony in the village and see hanging graves and decorative burial sites. After, youll fly to Ambon and rest at your hotel for the remainder of the evening.

DAY 6 (WAMENA)
Start your day by flying to Wamena, a charming town situated in the heart of the beautiful Baliem Valley. Here, youll visit traditional villages, interact with tribal families and learn about another part of Indonesian life and culture. After, youll take part in a local festival and experience an evening of song, dance, storytelling and pig roasting. When the festivities are over, check into your hotel and enjoy a night of peace and quiet.

DAY 7 (MISOOL ISLAND)
Board your private plane after breakfast and fly to Sorong, a charming town known as the gateway to the gorgeous Raja Ampat Archipelago. From there, youll transfer to a private boat and sail to Misool, one of the four major islands in Raja Ampat. After your arrival, head to your hotel and rest up for an adventure-filled day ahead. Lodge at a resort or onboard a private charter.

DAY 8 (MISOOL ISLAND)
Wake up in paradise and enjoy a day of beachcombing, snorkeling and hiking in Misool. Home to an abundance of untouched coral reefs, youll have the chance to dive under the sea and experience vibrant coral gardens and tropical fish. Feel free to bask under the warm sun and relax on white sandy beaches. For those interested in the great outdoors, consider more hiking through the lush jungles and scenic hills nearby.

DAY 9 (MANADO)
Begin the day by returning to Sorong and flying to Manado in the afternoon. After your arrival, enjoy the day at your leisure. We recommend visiting the Tangkoko Nature Reserve, which is home to tarsiers and macaques. DAY 10 (LABUAN BAJO)
In the morning, fly to Labuan Bajo and make your way to the island of Komodo by speedboat. Here, youll explore Komodo National Park and come face-to-face with the lethal Komodo dragon. In the afternoon, enjoy a private guided tour as a park ranger leads you to the secret lairs of the dragons. Overnight on Labuan Bajo.

DAY 11 (UBUD)
This morning, depart from Labuan Bajo for Bali. Drive up to Ubud where you'll stay nestled in the verdant hills and rice paddies. Spend the rest of the day getting acquainted with your new lush surroundings.

DAY 12 (UBUD)
Enjoy a free day in Ubud and take this opportunity to uncover the breathtaking island of Bali. We recommend venturing into the famous Monkey Forest, a sacred jungle home to mischievous Balinese long-tailed macaques. Trek deep into the forest and youll find the Pura Dalem Agung Padangtegal, an ancient temple dedicated to worship of the dead.

DAY 13 (UBUD)
Make the most of your last day in Ubud and explore the region at your leisure. We recommend visiting Goa Gajah, a cave dating back to the ninth century and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Here, you can walk through an entrance in the shape of an elaborately-carved demons mouth. Continue inside and follow narrow pathways to uncover ancient statues, waterfalls, rice fields and Buddhist remnants.

DAY 14 (DEPARTURE)
On your final day, we wish you farewell, and are more than happy to assist you with your next travel arrangements.
